Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vinkuran

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We were received by Sanja's mother-in-law, who lives on the 1st floor. She speaks a little English. The apartment was very clean and offers plenty of space with the two bedrooms (one with bathroom, toilet, sink and shower) and the separate shower/toilet. Marin, Sanja's husband, also came by personally and gave us some tips for sights and restaurants and marked them separately on the folding map he brought with him. Marin was easily accessible and answered all questions very quickly and kindly. He speaks and writes in very good English. We also liked using the sun-protected area with the seating area in the garden and the grill. The fish market is definitely worth a visit to stock up on fresh and inexpensive fish for the grill. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation. We had a good time. Many thanks to Marin and family!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

Damir's accommodation is well located, lots of greenery and yet close to the center. A lovely walk into town. The place is well equipped and has everything you need. If you are over 1.70 m tall, you sometimes have to duck your head if you don't want to bump your head! Otherwise, the accommodation is worth a recommendation!

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

The villa is actually much nicer than the pictures. Each room has its own bathroom, which was very helpful for us. The hobby room was used extremely often and was a perfect addition to the pool, sauna and hot tub. We were a youth group of 13 people and would definitely recommend the Airbnb.

We visited with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, meadow, trees and the barbecue. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can just drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us in a very friendly way and first gave us a guided tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, straightforward and fast. Everything matched the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela as well as Korado as hosts.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.
