This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

Halfway between Split and Sibenik, in the heart of Trogir Riviera, the perfect choice as a base for excursions to the Krka waterfalls, Plitvice... Great place to get away from the crowds. A small fishing village Vinišće offers several good restaurants and the possibility to rent a boat and sail out to some hidden beaches.

The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

A spacious terrace features large sliding glass doors that provide a view of the swimming pool and surrounding Mediterranean landscape. Sun loungers are positioned near the water, and a rustic dining table is set for outdoor meals.

It is located in a small fishing village of Vinišće, located 18 km from Trogir (center of the city of Trogir UNESCO's list of protected heritage). The sea is about 600 m or 10 minutes walk. This is a magical space where is united harmony, aesthetics and creativity. Very intimate space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a pleasant atmosphere in every corner.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.

A spacious bedroom is featured with a large bed dressed in crisp white linens and a soft beige throw. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors showcase stunning views of the water, allowing natural light to fill the room and creating a bright ambiance.
