Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.
