We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

The space was clean and peaceful. A nice place to relax after long days of walking. Good distance to many attractions and food spots. Host was very responsive and helpful with instructions to find the place.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

The room is clean and tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, and you can see the train downstairs when you open the curtains The space is not large, but it is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable The bathroom and washbasin are separate, and they are clean and odor-free There is also a simple kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator, induction cooker, kitchenware Both the host and his son are super friendly, they greet us warmly at check-in and check-out, and they prepare new bottled water and clean bath towels for us every day Suggestion: There are only four or five hangers, which is not enough. I also hope that a few hangers that can hold pants can be prepared. There is no place to hang pants. The bathroom and toilet only have half a door. When taking a shower, the floor in front of the toilet will be wet and slippery.

We had recently been to this place. Trang and Linh both we responding promptly to my queries. They helped a lot. Location of the property is very easy to find and very easily accessible. It is very near to the famous Train Street. Thank you Trang and Linh and keep up the good work.

Ohh, where do I even begin? Runa’s place is an absolute little gem! Tucked away above a charming café, it’s the coziest, cutest space I’ve stayed in, every corner is thoughtfully decorated with such lovely detail. And Runa herself? Just the sweetest! She was always so responsive and incredibly helpful, giving me amazing tips to explore local markets and hidden cafés. The place has everything you could possibly need, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. Totally in love with this stay, thank you, Runa! 💛 it.

Very solid and clean place! Loved staying here! Pros: very nice and comfortable, easy check in and very comfortable to stay in, WiFi was great and it’s very centrally located, feels super safe and it’s walking distance to a ton of stuff! Cons: the view looks directly into 2 other houses so can be a little awkward, and it rained really hard when I was there and water leaked in from the wall and got a bunch of my stuff wet, they addressed it right away in the morning tho and were very quick!

Amazing place to stay at. Very quiet and peaceful and family friendly neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and modern. The hosts were very easy to talk to. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a lovely stay, location was just outside of the old quarter, maybe a 15 min walk, which made it great to return to a slightly quieter area. Just be aware of the floors if carrying a lot of luggage! Sofia was extremely helpful as well throughout our stay :)

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

It was nice to get outside of the total hustle and bustle of old quarter. It was in a more business like district. Ample space and great AC!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

The flat was fine. The view is amazing. You have all the tools to cook. There is even a Fan next to the bed and also an air conditioner. We stayed 2 Months in this Apartment and enjoyed the stay. The area around is amazing, there is a River Next to it and a lot of Restaurants and also Supermarkets. Van is very friendly and helps when there is a problem. We gonna Rent this again.

I stayed in this apartment for 31 days, from March 1st to 31st, 2025. Overall, it’s a great Airbnb. Here’s why: Modern and stylish interior Located in a safe, family-friendly area Grocery store and a great café just 1 minute from the door Nice view from the apartment Comfortable bed Ocean Park is a great place to live. Calmer and with (a bit) better air quality than central Hanoi The host was very friendly and always responsive. Any request I had was handled quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely book this place again when I return to Hanoi. 2 things that you need to know: - Ocean Park is about 35–50 minutes by car from Hanoi city center. A Grab ride costs between 250,000–450,000 VND one-way, depending on your destination. - On some evenings and weekends, the apartment Wi-Fi speed dropped below 6 Mbps, so I had to switch to a café or mobile hotspot for video calls.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery on the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is amazing. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
