Woodland Cabin - Margot Bed & Breakfast

Our cozy cabin comprises of 3 small separate buildings set in private woodland next to a 200 year old poplar tree & a gentle rocky stream clattering in the background. The cabin is essentially off-grid meaning the water comes from the stream originating the “chalambelle” on the Ardeche plateau. There is electricity, hot water, shower, a compost toilet and a wood-burner. It is suitable for 2 people. Breakfast is included and brought to you in the morning. Dinner can also be arranged onsite.

The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. Beautiful house in the countryside with a stream for swimming within walking distance. This old stone house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms. A large kitchen and large living room will allow you to spend time together. The house is located in the middle of nature, fields and chestnut forests. Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.
