This cottage is in a farmhouse, with no overlook. The 4x8 m heated pool will be private from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 8 p.m. and can be shared with us at other times

Swimming pool of 14m X 7m shared with us and open from May to September (not heated). Fenced property with free-range chickens and sheep. Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
