If you like the simple, peace and quiet, nature close by and a dip in the lake, this is perfect for you! Our cottage is located 10 meters from Lake Nossen, with its own jetty on the property. The cottage is 70 sqm, large veranda, lake view. Glass veranda. 10 minutes by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 10 minutes to the city center. Within walking distance there is a grocery store, open 24 hours a day. If you are looking for a place to stay with every possible amenity, you will have to look elsewhere. Here you can enjoy the sun all day and beautiful sunsets from the jetty.

Cozy and rural accommodation in a lively village with animals nearby. Here you live in the old farmhouse, rebuilt to give you both comfort and tranquility. Private terrace and barbecue area with barbecue and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun overlooking open fields. The cottage is located privately by the gravel road surrounded by pastures and forest. Here you can easily live close to nature. There is no electricity or running water, which means you can light candles, fire in the stove, shower outside in our outdoor shower, cook over an open fire/on a wood stove, grill or on the gas stove. Charming outdoor toilet available. A couple of kilometers away there is a municipal pool with changing room and shower.

(nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. The house is located on a hill with about 100 meters down through oak forest to the lake where there is a jetty with rowboat and canoe included in the rent. Good opportunities for fishing in the lake and across the lake is Kristinebergsbadet with a sandy beach. To Astrid Lindgren's World, it is about 20 minutes by car. The narrow-gauge railway, hiking trail, bike path and more are just around the corner. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 200/person.

Gamleby is at the end of Gamleby coastal inlet which leads to Västervik, a city with 21,000 inhabitans, a diverce city with restaurants and shopping opportunities. You can get to Astrid Lindgren’s world in Vimmerby 40 minutes by car.

Drygt 15 minuter utanför Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby och ca 30 minuter från kuststaden Västervik finner ni denna plats med egen trädgård och strand (delas med värden). Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser - året om! Vintertid värmer härliga brasor och på sommaren svalkar sjön! Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Stay in the middle of the woods by a lake but only 13 kilometers (3 km gravel road) from Vimmerby. In the large cottage, there is a refrigerator, LPG stove and fresh water in a container (not running water) but there is lake water in the faucet at the outdoor kitchen. The small cottage has an indoor toilet and fresh water in containers. The electricity is powered by a battery bank and solar cells. Outdoor sauna and boat available.
