Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vimmerby Municipality

Karin welcomed us at the house. Showed us around the newly renovated house and told us about the neighborhood. Invited us to visit their farm, where there was a brand new calf. Opposite our house was a church that Karin owned. We were also shown around it and got the story of it. There was also a farm shop next to us, where we could buy delicious meat from their cows. An absolutely amazing stay.

Beautiful cottage, especially the covered porch. We are completely satisfied with our stay. One bedroom is a walk-through room, no problem for us. The shower also worked out very well, the wiper fully met its function. Very nice contact with Heinrich, quick responses to any questions.

super nice, idyllic and well located accommodation. The photos at all manage to capture the great atmosphere of the house. Very good location for trips. With the house has its own jetty and a boat, the sauna can also be used if you want. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again. Sylvia is a great hostess.

We spent 12 relaxing days in this cozily furnished house with great views of the lake. On the covered terrace, the food tasted particularly good and long game evenings gave us pleasure. The path down to the lake leads through the adjacent forest. Down at the jetty, we used the canoe and our SUPs to simply paddle or fish. The small beach diagonally opposite, which we visited often, was also easy to reach. Sanna and her family were very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable and had a great time in Småland. Thank you!

The house is fantastically beautiful and nicely furnished. Since it is also inhabited by the owners themselves, everything you need is there. Cabinets, drawers and other storage spaces are provided for the guests in each area. You like to stay in the great large garden. The neighborhood is very friendly. Communication with Sara was excellent and exceptionally friendly. She took care of all our requests and was always responsive. We had a very relaxed, nice time in the house.

Great location for children's holiday around Vimmerby

We had super nice days in Carolina's house, can highly recommend staying there. Large lawn that was appreciated by the children, terraces in several directions and plenty of room in the house. Clean and nice. Fast and pleasant communication with Carolina. Good location to get to Astrid Lindgren's World.

It was a nice place to take a break from out otherwise busy life during Easter break. We had 3 families of friends with 3 people each. There was pretty good space for everyone and even more. We had grilled in the backyard, but used our own portable grill as the ones were a bit old, and we were probably the first in the season to visit. We also had campfire! 🔥 Kids enjoyed the pool table in the ground floor. The upper floor is actually a separate apartment within the building, with own kitchen, plenty of space and also a football table. There are 3 bathrooms, though one was having a hiccup when we visited. Still not a problem. The place is very cozy and good enough space and things to engage kids and adults with games. Though the climate was not amazing, kids also played bit of football and frisbee in the open space behind the building. Of course we need to travel to nearby places for sightseeing. The parking can accommodate 4-5 cars easily, we had 3 in our group.

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful nature and the many leisure opportunities have made the holiday particularly relaxing. The sauna house with the hot tube was simply indescribably beautiful in a clear starry sky. Particularly noteworthy is the very personal, fair and fast communication with Julia and Pelle.

Super nice host, responded immediately to messages and welcomed us warmly. The cottage has a unique charm, most of it is self-built. The garden is enchanted, wild and beautiful. In the unspoiled nature we felt like Ronja cleaner daughter. Maybe not for everyone, some things are still "in progress", but we were in love. Absolute recommendation!

The house is the ideal starting point, especially for children and lovers of the classic Småland idyll. The furnishings are also original as 100 years ago, but offers current standards. Accessible with ramp at the entrance, if registered in advance. The living room is unfortunately on the upper floor, only accessible via a steep staircase, but since there is a large kitchen and Wi-Fi we did not miss much. The lake is about 2 km away. Hilly, so for fit cyclists or e-bikes. Wheelchair users should also be electrified. Ideally suited for dogs. Impressive nature in the immediate vicinity, including a nearby national park. Astrid Lindgren Park, Katthult-Hof, Elk Safari Park and much more are easily accessible, but away from any mass tourism. Plenty of relaxing tranquility and complete freedom for children, dogs… And not unimportant: very friendly landlords who are happy to accommodate special requests. The cottage is beautiful - inside and out, in a great enchanted place. With jetty, boat, sauna and everything you need to be happy. Only it is not secluded but on a lake with other houses, but right by the house it feels like you are alone.

Jonas was an excellent and warm host. An unforgettable experience was fishing for crabs together. We could help ourselves from the vegetable garden as much as we wanted. And as a welcome, there was a glass of homemade honey. The lake is a dream! Rowboat and kayak were at our disposal. If you love nature, you've found the right place. We really enjoyed the stay. We highly recommend staying with Jonas.
