Close to nature for activity and relaxation. An easily accessible cottage without the risk of congestion with unique lake views, beach and hiking possibilities. The cottage is state-of-the-art, has running water, toilet, shower and sauna. It consists of a kitchen and a living room. There is a terrace with lake views, where you can start the day with bird whispers and enjoy morning coffee. The cottage shares a child-friendly cozy beach. During your stay you will experience the genuine Småland nature in peace and quiet and without congestion.

Accommodation next to the lake. Beautiful house. 8-10 people. Jetty and beach. Fishing. Astrid Lindgren's World, Noise Village, Katthult, Lönneberga and Mariannelund. (all within 30 minutes) Forest and grazing animals. Football field and trampoline. Secluded location. A toilet The farm is located in Lixerum. We have recently acquired a hot tub, a Swimspa and a wood-fired hot tub, which you have to pay extra to rent. No wooden deck. Two electric bikes, three EU electric mopeds, boat, electric raft and three kayaks are available for rent.

Vimmerby, Red cottage by a small lake 7 min

In the heart of Småland 7 km outside Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens World is our fantastic red house with white knots by the small lake snow, own jetty 30 meters from the house, rowing boat and a tiny sandy beach with lovely bathing. In the summer it is wonderful sunset at the jetty. The large house is about 80m2, New kitchen 2019, bathroom and extra toilet were renovated in 2014, the rest of the house was renovated internally in 2012. The guest house is approximately 15m2, where there is a double bed( new 2019) and a bunk bed.

Relax with the family, your honeymoon, or your friend- hunting- fishing gangs in this peaceful home. Romantic nature with both fishing, boat, swimming, jetty and forest close by. Crayfish fishing in the month of August. In the lake there are up to 2kilos perch. The sunset you can enjoy on the sun terrace 2nd floor. The proximity to Astrid Lindgren's World Vimmerby (4.2km). Simple cabin right by the water

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

If you like the simple, peace and quiet, nature and dip in the lake, this is perfect for you! Our cottage is located 10 meters from Lake Nossen, with its own jetty on the plot. The cottage is 70 sqm, large terrace, lake view. Glasveranda. 10 min by car to Astrid Lindgrens World and 10 min to city center. Within walking distance there is a grocery store, open 24 hours. If you're looking for a place to stay with all the amenities imaginable, look further. Here you enjoy sun all day and beautiful sunsets from the jetty.

Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser. Med sitt unika läge passar boendet både barnfamiljer och paret som vill rå om varandra. Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Newly renovated house with own jetty and sauna

Cottage with guesthouse and separate sauna house, own dock and wood burning stove. The house is situated in the countryside beside a very quiet and clean bathing and fishing lake. The sea is only a few kilometers away. The residential building and the guesthouse are of a very high standard and are newly renovated. There are canoes, a rowing boat and fishing gear to borrow. 3 miles to Västervik where you can take a ferry to Gotland. 4 Swedish miles to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

Here you live in the loft building at the farm, where you sleep in a beautiful four-poster bed. You can cook simpler meals in your own kitchenette or grill at your own patio with a lake view. Below the accommodation there is a small beautiful lake where you can sunbathe and swim on a private peninsula or relax with a good book in the hammock and enjoy both sunrise and sunset.
