The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

We are two kilometers from the historic center, walking them can be a great way to prepare for the city's food. However, we are served 50 meters from a train (Trento-Malè railway), and 100 meters from a bus line, the parking space is in the private courtyard. The condominium is under video surveillance outside, inside, even in the waste management cage, please follow the rules to avoid fines. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Thank you

The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Within walking distance is a piadina shop with a bar, a Coop supermarket, a Despar, and a bakery. The center, with all other services (pharmacy, bank, shops of various kinds), is about 200 meters away. Guests can use the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. There is uncovered parking for cars and the possibility of using a garage to store bicycles or motorcycles.

The entrance is autonomous and it is possible even in my absence through a code that will be communicated to guests after booking. Trento is 13 km away, Bolzano is 46 km away. The two cities are easily accessible by car or public transport.

The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed.

In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.
