Right in the city center, 5 min walk to Menton train station, 1 min walk to Tourist Office, 150 m from the sea. Located on the ground floor of a Belle Époque house, it is a 27 m² studio, full of light and air, with a very high ceiling; the windows and balcony are facing south. The house does not have an elevator. A staircase, very stylish, leads to this building. The house is located on a small street, a few meters from the boulevard, away from the main traffic.
