La hauteur max pour le parking est 2 mètres La gare à 100 mètres et sans le bruit (Vous pouvez rapidement aller à Monaco, Nice, Italie…). Plage à 500 m. Frontière italienne à 1 km. Un supermarché à moins de 500 mètres. Le studio est équipé. Il faut 25 Mins pour aller au centre ville, à pieds. J'accepte les animaux, si il ne sont pas trop grands, propres et ne font pas de dégâts :)

L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.
