It was an excellent experience, I really thought about vacation since it literally had everything to feel comfortable, everything clean and organized. Harry responded to all our questions and inquiries in a friendly manner, attentive to anything. We would definitely go again, and the environment is very quiet, safe and beautiful. I recommend it 1000%, and I recommend the person who takes care of the place, since you can tell that there was dedication. Thank you so much for making our vacation the best.

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connection to the main attractions. Jorge and Marcia are very helpful with any request.

Everything was perfect, the cabin is very cozy and just as described. We loved the natural lighting, nature setting and decor. The place is safe and there are shops nearby. We were looking to disconnect but at the same time have internet and it was perfect. Communication with Pía was quick and effective :) thanks to Kimena, who welcomed us and was very kind. Highly recommended

The host is very kind and attentive to everything one might need, she waited for us with a fire, given the rainy day we encountered. The tinaja is 100% recommended, it comfortably accommodates 4 people. I would definitely return. It's important to consider that it's a very quiet place to disconnect

The cabin is inserted in a magical place surrounded by nature, the cabin itself has everything you need for your stay, apart from a beautiful decoration with windows where you can see nature in all its splendor, Nicolás waited for us with the stove on and the cabin warm. He was always attentive to our needs, very kind and helpful, the jar is a 10 out of 10, incredible experience, we will definitely return

Hello, Hector is always very friendly and attentive. The house is impeccable, very spacious and cozy. The area is very quiet, easy to get to and close to downtown Pucón by car.

We had an excellent rest. The house is big, comfortable and beautiful just like the pictures, all spotless. He highlighted David's kindness, to help us with everything, his willingness is incredible. The only bad thing for us was the access as there is a long and steep climb.

The house is really nice, just like the photos. Very close to the lake. We went as a family, 3 couples and all very comfortable. The gazebo is very spacious and from the terrace there is a view of the lake. Communication with Francisco was very good, always attentive. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

The house is located in a very safe and quiet condominium. The views of Lake Villarrica are amazing both during the day and at night when there is a moon. It has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We really enjoyed each space and in particular the stove and pool area. We like pets, and we loved the friendly kitten that "guards" the house, always outside. It is an ideal place to spend a vacation with family or friends and we highly recommend it. If you're traveling from outside Chile, we recommend having a local phone chip as we've had some roaming coverage issues and to access the condominium, Valentina can register you in the app to control access. We thank Valentina and Vicente for their kindness and look forward to returning.

A wonderful house with unparalleled views of the Villarrica volcano. The house is impeccable, fully equipped with the highest quality. Decorated with great taste and all spaces are super comfortable. It's a house to live in, it's like anyone would want to have their own house. The garden is also impeccable. The setting is beautiful. You're in nature but minutes from Pucón. Lulu and Gonzalo are more than excellent hosts. There should be a category above Super Host, they would certainly be in that category. Cooking a barbecue with those views and enjoying a glass of wine while the sunset turns the volcano's snow orange is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The place is nice, although we had some problems, these were resolved by Alvaro as soon as he was informed, the place is suitable for resting, quiet and safe environment. Communication with the host is quick and effective.

Christian was very friendly and always attentive to what we might need. The accommodation is impeccable and cozy for both adults and children.

We had a wonderful stay at Beatriz’s home! The location is beautiful and so peaceful. Beatriz is an amazing host and was always available if we needed anything. The home is spacious and has a large yard. It is just a few minutes to Pucón. Highly recommended

The garden, with its fruit trees, is spectacular, and the hill down to the side is impressive. It is easy to access to take the kayaks down to the beach, which are available at the house. The beds are very comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils could be improved.
