Apartment in very good condition and recommended, clean, modern, well maintained and fully equipped for a quiet stay, Nancy responds and attends immediately, if we return to Pucon we will definitely stay with her.

The apartment is in a super good location, everything is handy, everything is very clean, very comfortable, in addition to being very well equipped, warm. We loved the place. The friendly host, as well as the janitor. Totally recommended the place for many days.

Great stay in Eric’s apartment. Great location and very clean. Our only complaint is that the heater in the room with the bunk bed was very poor and did not seem to heat the room and it could get very cold, especially at night. The bathroom was also always cold with no way to warm it up. Other than that, we had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the town.

We had a great time, the place we stayed at was great and beautiful, it stands out above the other condominiums for everything the place offered, very good security and Karla was an excellent host, she was always attentive to solve any concerns we had, we definitely recommend it 1000% and we will return in the future because we were delighted with the place.

The apartment has everything you need, it is comfortable, clean and tidy, it has everything you might need. The condo is very nice, with a swimming pool, gym, and green areas. We stayed with our little dog without any problem. The apartment is a 10-minute drive to downtown Pucon. Solange is an excellent host, very attentive to any questions or needs that may arise. I recommend this place 100% if you want a quiet, safe, comfortable and cozy place.

Apartment very comfortable and spatially enabled with everything necessary for a family. Downtown Pucon can be reached by walking in 15 minutes. Quiet, nice place for resting. Marisela is a great host. Respond quickly and call you on the phone for the internal details of the apartment and its surroundings. Everything's perfect.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

A very comfortable apartment 15 minutes from downtown on foot, with everything you need. The balcony is a very spacious separate point, with an incredible view, and the sound of water, ideal for relaxing. Paulina was a very good host. She helped us with both the arrival and departure times and was very attentive

We spent two nights as a family, with my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment is beautiful and clean, overlooking the lake and the volcano! The beach is next door! You can go back to the depa in the bathroom or look for something to eat. We stayed there as the beach is beautiful, with shades and sun loungers!

A nice cosy apartment, well equipped and clean. View is not of the City as described but another apartment building and the pool. Maria communicated very well and was very helpful in sorting out an issue with the wifi (there is none now). Recommended for your Pucon stay.

Carlos' apartment is beautiful, comfortable and with several pieces. The view is complete to the lake, and it has everything you need for a spotless stay. This is my second in your apartment, so I absolutely recommend it.

A privileged place. A very comfortable and fully equipped house. Alejandro, our host, was very attentive, even responding from abroad!!! The nights and days looking at the volcano were unforgettable. We would come back a thousand times.

The place is beautiful, the conservation of its native forest, the cabin is very spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, we were 5 days well enjoyed, the best was the jacuzzi. we really enjoyed family. The hostess is very friendly and nice, always willing to help and gave us many tips on activities to do and where to eat. Highly recommended!!

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically whatever you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the tub on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.
