The apartment is very conveniently located in downtown Pucon. You can walk to businesses and restaurants. It is a short drive to all the tourist attractions in the area. It's a new apartment, its condition is impeccable. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the heating is excellent.

Excellent apartment! Modern and comfortable, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is perfect minutes from the restaurants on the coast of Villarrica and quick departure to Pucón and surroundings, which is what we were looking for to know pa area. Myriam, was always attentive to respond to any concerns and very clear instructions for entry and departure.

This place was probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! The beds were so comfy, the shower was great and the view of the volcano was stunning. It's walking distance to everything in the town centre which was very handy.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the condominium's common spaces and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

Cristhoper responded to all messages and communication was very fluid. It was a super nice stay for one night. The setting is very quiet. The apartment is a 5-minute drive or a 25-30 minute walk away. Parking is a bit tight for vans, but it can be done.

The perfect place, that's how I describe it. Carolina was very helpful and kind at all times. The apartment is located a couple of blocks from supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, the beach and yet there is no noise. It's super cute, just like in the photos and extremely clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows and spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The big surprise was waking up and opening my eyes to see the entire snow-covered volcano from the bedroom window. When I return to Pucón, I will not accept staying anywhere else. The apartment is as seen in the photos, very easy check-in instructions, comfortable apartment ideal for couples, when we arrived everything was clean and impeccable. I stayed several nights and felt right at home. There is a business very close by where they sell everything! And about 10 minutes from the center where there is a supermarket and shops. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Hans, grateful for your help and concern that we had a good stay.

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

The building's reception staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to downtown Pucón and a quiet environment to rest. It is on a quiet street and on the lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy a gazebo and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely highly recommended

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, I brought my pillows, which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are top notch. Don't forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for laundry in the -1 laundry room, washing costs $2,000 and drying another $2,000 more, the only thing that is involved is a dryer or towel hanger for washing the terrace. We enjoyed the lake and pool to the fullest. We recommend the place 100%.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.
