Small independent house at the top of a suburb, quiet, with inner courtyard and gardens... The place is ideal for recharging for families or groups of friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail runs in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered nearby, we will be able to inform you with pleasure! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

The plus: you can chat with Jean-Michel (journalist, writer, mountaineer), on his trips and his Himalayan climbs.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. Outside your private entrance you'll enjoy a 500 m² dedicated terrain between sun and shadow at any time, and you can use the 5000 m² park of the house, with for the younger, wood discovery, basket field, water games (natural source).
