The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Marima is located in a quiet environment in the village of Butari in the heart of Slovenian Istria. The newly built facility offers three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a social area with a table tennis table, a large living area with a sofa bed, a large terrace, a balcony, private parking, and a huge garden. From the balconies of the living room you can enjoy the view of the bell tower of the Basilica of Sant'Eufemia and Via Gradenigo with the houses built over the centuries within the circle of the Roman Castrum, which ends in the corner bastion with what is now called Casa della Musica.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
