The property is surrounded by 3 hectars land cultivated with olive trees, almond trees, pistachio trees and vineyard. The old house, in stones, is built on the edge of a 400 mt above the sea level hill, dominating the river Platani valley, the coast from Siculiana to Sciacca and the mountains of Caltabellotta and Raffadali.
