Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. The rooms are in an old south italian Villa used by my family as a winery. You will enjoy the beautiful view on the Medieval Village, the Jonian Sea and the wineyards around. Fully equipped kitchen and pool. 5 minutes by car from the old village and 10 minutes from the Marina. Nice apartment 100 m from the sea

The apartment consists of a large kitchen with table, sofa and TV, two bedrooms, the first with two single beds, the second double and a bathroom with shower. The rooms and kitchen have windows with sea view and both rooms have a large wardrobe and desk. The sea and free beach are 100 m away as well as pizzerias and bars. Parking is free on the street and in the area. I pay special attention to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each visit.
