Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
