Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

La Taverna

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

The Resabe Cottages are immersed in the characteristic greenery of the Abruzzo countryside among olive trees and horses. There's plenty of outdoor space for both families and small groups of friends. The strategic location of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long beaches of Pescara 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines about 40 minutes, therefore both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
