The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from the Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. You also have access to a barbecue area behind the house. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. The apartment has a bed (160x200) and a fold-out sofa bed (140x200). Parking is not possible in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi. Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Dream stay in Viljandi with air conditioning!

Viljandi is known for its colorful old wooden houses and fairy tale like vibe and this apartment allows you to have the full experience of what Viljandi has to offer. The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
