Ugala Theatre is a 14-minute walk away. There are several grocery stores nearby. The guest has access to a spacious, private terrace where it is pleasant to sit and drink morning coffee. The apartment is located on the ground floor where there are no stairs. Parking is available free of charge, right next to the house.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Well-behaved pets are allowed, but please let us know in advance!
