The vacation house features a fully equipped kitchen, gathering area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The sauna house offers a traditional sauna experience. On the premises, you'll find two terraces, a barbecue area, and a pond.

Quiet studio apartment with lots of natural light!

Welcome to our spacious studio apartment with lots of natural light! There is a fireplace to add extra cozyness, a kitchenette and a washing machine. For warmer days you can use the A/C to let some cool air into the apartment. The view is amazing - you can see the long pine trees that surround the lake. The Ugala theatre, old town and stores are just a short walk away. The house itself only has a few apartments so it is very peaceful and quiet.

Our house is in Viljandi city, but it feels like you are in countryside. We have one double bed and one sofabed for two, plus possibility to add 4 matrasses on request. The house has everything you need for life. There is also terrace in front of the house with a seating area, barbecue facilities and children's playground. The nearest shop with a bakery and fresh meat is 300m away and the beach is 200m away.

Located in a secluded area Rõuna holiday home offers excluded and private stay close to nature. The home has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can have your breakfast or dinner while you enjoy a private pond and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature, where you can spot wild rabbits, deer and foxes.
