Copies of all guests' IDs will be requested to be sent to local authorities (mandantory in Catalunia/Spain)

It's ideal for walking and visiting the many wine and cava companies in the area. We've transformed the old house into a confortable, relaxing home that's perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families with children. Enjoy all different cultural leisure pursuits the region has to offer, including its wine tourism.

Listen to the sound of the waves as the sun bathes the apartment, filling it with light and the smell of the sea. The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Beautiful Sea Views apartment is located in our historic 1840 Sitges apartment building (Can Vidal i Quadres) Sant Sebastià beach in Sitges. A second floor apartment, it can host up to 6 people and the best possible views from the living room and the main room. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed room with ensuite bathroom, 1 double with a double bed and balcony access and 1 room twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (the ensuite & one other)and a fully equipped kitchen, living room space.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Apartment completely renovated with capacity for 4 people, with double room and sofa bed in the living room. It has air conditioning, equipped kitchen and washer-dryer. Located in the center of the maritime district and close to all services. Possibility of additional rental of a parking space near the apartment for € 8 per day. During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
