My house is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and private parking, perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have miles of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the amenities, museums, good national and international cuisine, and also nature.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.
