Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. One separate toilet. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental.
