Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. There are 3 bedrooms: one of them has a trundle bed, and the other two have a balcony/terrace.The kitchen/dining area is an open-plan space and includes a small patio and parking.
