We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was very close by, which was a big plus.

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. Walk to beach within minutes. Spotless inside. Beach amenities. Quick drive to downtown. We loved it!

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

The home was beautiful and lovely. Better than the pictures. Easy path to the beach with amazing views inside the home. The beach was almost private with little other people around.

We rented this home for a family vacation, looking for a private area which still was close enough to St. Augustine for daily activities. This home truly went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations. It was so cozy and spacious- perfect for my family. Additionally, it felt like you were directly on the beach, waking up to the absolute best views and being assured a perfect beach day without a large crowd. Overall, this place was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing property. It’s quiet and close to so many things. Pet friendly in most areas. Our puppy was super happy to be so close to the beach. The hosts responded almost immediately every time and honestly are so sweet. This is now our go to place for a quick weekend trip! Thank you so much!!!!

Great beach Vaca for the family. Good location right across from the beach. Pool was good. Ursula answered any questions we had. Great little book for guests with all kinds of information. Reef's and Aunt Kate's to was really good. if you have toddlers Jacksonville Zoo is a must. Approximately 12 minutes from Old City St Augustine. Gotta give a shout out to St Augustine Eco Tours fabulous give them a holler Emily was great. All in all pretty fabulous family vacation ❤️

Stayed the weekend for my Bachelorette party. The house is beautiful! We loved the outdoor area and that it was a short walk to the beach! Plus, Lyndsey was amazing to work with and extremely kind and responsive! If I am ever back in St. Augustine, I would absolutely book this listing again! 10/10 experience!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

One of the reasons it was hard to leave St. Augustine was because of the Airbnb! Very clean and nice sized rooms. The biggest draw was the living room and kitchen space. Great flow and enough space for the group to relax. The beach access was close and the main road wasn’t too busy to cross. Loved the location and would stay here again.

Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

The house was as advertised and the views were spectacular. Sunrises were amazing - what a lovely thing to wake up to every morning. Beautiful large kitchen with everything needed for meals. We used the grill multiple times and the outside sitting areas were wonderful. The only negative was the lack of water pressure throughout the house. As well as the lights flickering whenever the water was turned on. Other than that, all family members enjoyed the house - it was a perfect gathering place for all in town for a family wedding. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Brendon’s house was perfect for our families St. Augustine getaway. It’s a great location in a very cute and picturesque neighborhood. The location was great for relaxing but close enough to downtown with just a short drive. We were a family of 7 & never felt cramped once, we all had our personal space and the two living rooms were definitely a bonus! The pool & jacuzzi were absolutely perfect and we spent majority of our time outside enjoying the space. We can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

This home is worth it for the views and proximity to the ocean alone! Sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets with direct access to the beach was everything we needed. The home was fully equipped, especially with everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, wagon, balls, etc.). There are some areas where the home could visibly use some work, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The host was very communicative and we would return to the property for a longer stay. If you’re looking for ease of access to the ocean and relaxation, this is it!

The kitchen had everything we needed, and both bathrooms were clean and modern. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was also ideal, peaceful yet just a short drive from downtown and the beach. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
