Vacation rentals with beach access in Vilano Beach

We had a great last-minute weekend! The place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away—not overcrowded at all. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing escape!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

My husband and I had a great stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. The location was ideal—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. Jason, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

English Recommended. The Airbnb is centrally located and you can walk to the most important places. You don't need a car. The Airbnb is super clean and quiet and has all the amenities as described. Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

This was the perfect first stop on our honeymoon! We loved this Airbnb for how comfy and adorable it is, the proximity to the beach and downtown, and for the wonderful hosts! We had a very lovely stay! The host was there to greet us even with a late arrival. There were plenty of amenities and towels. Close to the beaches and the historic district.

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

We had a great time at Derek’s! The guest house was particularly amazing and cozy! The main house had plenty of space and was stocked with amenities. The only thing I’d note is that the pool doesn’t have a railing, which made it difficult for our parents to get in and out. But we loved the grill and firepit and having a tv outside. It was the perfect backyard for a weekend away. A Publix is right down the street too! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, clean, has everything to make you feel comfortable, the pool is spectacular, the beach is close to the house. Delary is very attentive and quick to respond to any message. I want to return soon. I felt at home.

Eason’s place is perfection. Everything was exactly as described and went above and beyond our expectation. Clear communication, absolutely no issues during our day. It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. 10/10 recommend you book it!

Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

Ashley's place was perfect for our family of four (my husband, me, and our two kids in their twenties). The beach was just a 2-minute walk from the house, making it easy to return for anything we had forgotten. It is conveniently located near many amenities, including Publix, a liquor store, and a delicious breakfast spot. It is close to historic St. Augustine. We loved it and would stay here again.

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

5 STARS No fault of Todd’s but the cleaning crew did not see our unit to clean the day of our check in. I instantly notified Todd. Todd scrambled and found another crew to immediately get there and fix it issue. The cleaning staff did a tremendous job and the unit was spotless when they finished. Todd exceeded our expectations by correcting the situation and offered to pay for our dinner. Todd’s unit is beautiful decorated, the kitchen fully stocked both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. All of the amenities were spot on. The AC in the unit worked great. We loved sitting out on the patio that had a high top table w chairs the master bedroom patio had 2 chairs and end type table , both patios with an ocean view. Todd was GREAT with his communications ! Looking at a return visit near the end of August. Fingers crossed Todd’s unit is available. Thanks Todd

The condo was fabulous! ! Jackie was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had right away. Everything was perfect! The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We look forward to visiting again one day!

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!
