We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Porto! It’s located in a very cute neighborhood—quietly charming with local character, yet still very accessible to everything you might need. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and pleasant. One of the real highlights is the terrace, which made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. The apartment is next to a road, so you may hear some traffic, but the windows and doors do a great job of blocking out most of the noise—we had no issues sleeping. The bathroom is clean and modern, with the toilet inside (which is always convenient). The kitchen really impressed us—extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking at home. All in all, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers!

The great host makes our stay even more comfortable than expected. They are kind and sincere. Great location, very easy to explore Porto. We received a lot of tips from the host. The apartment is cozy and exactly what’s in pictures.a few minutes walk to Jardim Do Morro and Dom Luz 1 and Sunset view point. I’m looking for the next trip to Porto already and want to stay here again. Most recommended!

Excellent property in a prime location. Easy access to all major sites within walking distance, and a very convenient parking lot right next door. We have stayed in several different apartments in Porto, but this one felt like a much more authentic experience and not a cookie cutter remodel like many other listings. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Porto.

Nuno was a really friendly, communicative host. The check in and out were really easy and the recommendations were really helpful. The flat was in an excellent location by the river and not far from Porto old town. There are also loads of Port houses and cellars near by. The balconies have some beautiful views and having 3 bathrooms was brilliant. The flat was really beautiful and had plenty of space.

This place is beautiful! Right in the heart of the older part of town (where you want to be). It’s walkable to almost everything! And the hosts were incredibly helpful. I even called them at one point because I couldn’t find parking- and they guided me to safe affordable parking for the duration of our stay. Fantastic. One of the best places we stayed while in Portugal. The views were amazing. Exactly what we needed before we left Portugal. Thank you again!

Beautiful space with a gorgeous balcony just a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, and historical sites!

Logement idéalement situé, à deux pas du Pont Luís I, parfait pour découvrir Porto à pied. Un arrêt de tram se trouve juste devant, ce qui facilite grandement les trajets, notamment vers l’aéroport. Su et Luís sont très disponibles et réactifs, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’arrivée se fait simplement, et le logement est propre, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Une très bonne adresse !

Spacious, clean airbnb. Had all the amenities from the description. Clear communication upfront, checking in was very easy. Good location; short walk to restaurants, supermarket, shops, the bridge etc. The rooms don't face the street so there's barely any outside noise. The terrace/garden with lounge set was also very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, the host is very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was in close proximity to the city centre and had a great infrastructure such as shops, public transport facilities near by. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Thank you!

We all loved our stay. The location was great, really close to the metro and walkable to most places. The house was really clean, plenty of beds and bedding/towels handy. The roof terrace was perfect, got loads of sun, and was exactly what we wanted. If I come back to Porto anytime soon, I’ll definitely be looking out for this place again. A few other people mentioned the host coming in while people were staying there. We did see her most days during our stay, but never felt this was an intrusion of any sort. She never came in the house, she rang the bell and knocked if she needed to talk to us. She was so friendly and helpful, it didn’t really matter to us. I really didn’t see it as an issue at all.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans ce superbe AirBnB à Porto. Dès le départ, la communication a été fluide, claire et chaleureuse. À notre arrivée, l’accueil a été tout simplement exceptionnel – on se sent tout de suite les bienvenus, comme si on allait passer le week end ensemble. Mention spéciale à Ruben, qui a été bien plus qu’un hôte : il nous a guidés à travers les activités incontournables de la ville, avec gentillesse et disponibilité, sans y être obligé. Son aide a vraiment enrichi notre expérience sur place. Fernanda a facilité toute la communication pour nous tranquilliser. De vraies valeurs humaines. Le quartier est sécurisé, charmant, et l’appartement respire le confort et le bon goût. Une vraie pépite ! On recommande les yeux fermés – si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre à Porto, ne cherchez plus, vous avez trouvé !

A fantastic and unique space that really shows the incredible potential of buildings in Porto. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Náhir and her Sister are great hosts responded very quickly when we needed help. Their place is very cozy and central highly recommended when staying in Porto.

Wir haben eine ruhige Wohngegend in Standnähe und guter Erreichbarkeit in Zentrum Potos gesucht und in der Unterkunft absolut gefunden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut weiter!

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

The apartment was situated within walking distance of most main attractions, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is just as pictured, even better. It was clean and had all utensils and amenities needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Check-in was effortless and easy. Hailey is an amazing host that constantly checked in with us and you can tell that the apartment is truly a home, not just another Airbnb.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit bijzondere appartement! De inrichting is met veel smaak gedaan en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Binnen was het heerlijk van temperatuur, ook tijdens warme dagen. Absolute hoogtepunt: de rooftop-keuken met zwembad – een geweldige plek om te ontspannen, te koken en te genieten van het zonnetje (of de natuurlijke schaduw). We hebben hier een heerlijke dag doorgebracht. Dankjewel voor de gastvrijheid, we komen graag nog eens terug!

An amazing place to stay! The flat was lovely and clean, shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Made the most of it being a ground floor flat by sunbathing just outside the little patio area and walking straight to the pool for a dip. Also a great location to walk into town for either the beach, shops or restaurants. Not too far to walk to the supermarket for food either. Adelina was always super quick to reply to messages, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful anytime we did message. Cannot recommend enough!!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Excellent location and comfortable apartment - we stayed 3 nights, and it is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants, but remarkably quiet given where it is. A small balcony overlooks an interior courtyard. There is a coffee machine/electric kettle for tea, and a laundromat around the corner. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay will recommend it to anyone who wants a place to live. Clean with all amenities.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
