House with a history of more than 80 years, recently remodeled in the city center of Matosinhos, 500 meters from the beach, close to the metro stop and all the necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms and an office. There is a staircase at the entrance, as it is on the 2nd floor. NOTE: A work is currently taking place across the street, and there may be some noise from 8 am to 5 pm, working days. The house is very soundproofed.

We offer private tours to the Douro Valley at an extra cost. A city tax of €3/person/night is charged at check-in (from age 16, up to 7 nights).
