This charming bungalow is 1 km from the famous Guincho Beach in Areia. The House is the perfect place to relax. It is equipped with cable TV, wi-fi, stove, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kettle and a microwave. It also has an outdoor shower. It is ideal for one person or a couple. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants.
