Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Very nice stay Accommodation a little difficult to find on the 1st day because I was loaded with luggage, I didn't take the time to consult the map that Malcolm had sent me 😂 but very nice!

We were delighted, with our friends and children, to rent this accommodation. The house was clean and the children as well as the adults were delighted with all the attention that was present (books, board games, candy etc...). We also really liked the peacefulness of the place. We are happy to keep the address for future reference.

Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) And the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our check-in, our stay and our checkout!

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in a quiet place. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. Our stay was super nice in a very well decorated accommodation. Everything was as described on the site, no unpleasant surprises. Bikes are a nice plus. I highly recommend Isabelle's place where we felt right at home.

great stay in this accommodation that perfectly matches the description. near the sea lake of the old boucau / Soustons plage. 5 minutes walk for a nice walk around the lake. you are pure pleasure (5 km walk) very friendly host. I recommend the accommodation with an average of 30 / 20!!! mdrrrr. really great!

Perfect stay in a magical place

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Etienne was a very available and responsive host. We had a great time with the family in the house. The location is ideal, between lake, forest and ocean. We had a great time reuniting with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is great. The same goes for the outdoor areas, with terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to check if everything is going well. We fell in love with the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix of old charm and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We had a nice stay here with our family of 4. It is very close to the beach. We went by car to the shopping center of Hossegor, where there are many surf outlets and nice restaurants. The apartment met our expectations, nice beds and shower. Nice balcony. We had to deal with co-host Celine, she responded very quickly and helped us when we couldn't find it right away. Would recommend the accommodation!

We had a great time at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very pleasant, well-equipped, and perfectly suitable for our two children (cot, high chair, toys, etc.). The garden is beautiful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and net. We will come back without hesitation!

Duncan was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. He gave us so many great recommendations about the city—where to go, what to see—and was always available to answer any questions, responding very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, so cozy and charming. The balcony alone is worth the stay—it’s simply an incredible spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. We spent 1 week with the family in this beautiful house, very pleasant to stay in. The interior is spacious and the terrace is huge. The ocean is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good vacation! In addition, Tomothy is very responsive and friendly, I would highly recommend it! And I'll be happy to come back for a few days :)

Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Great family experience!
