Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

Studio is on the first and last floor of a small residence of two apartments and a souvenir shop. The accommodation is located on a pedestrian street in the center of Vieux Boucau opposite the church, close to shops and Lac Marin, between the ocean and the Landes de Gascogne Forest. No car needed, everything is done on foot or by bike. You'll have a common area to store your bikes and surfboards.

Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very pleasant, quiet since it is far from shops but close to everything anyway! The balcony closed by a veranda allows you to have an extra room and a great view of the lake! Great directions to find the apartment, it was clean and the sofa bed is comfortable
