This spacious house was renovated to a high standard in winter21/22 and is fully furnished with high quality furniture, beds, and accessories including a Weber charcoal BBQ, Forge Adour hot plate BBQ, heated pool table soccer, ping-pong table, and a spa. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 1km from the centre of Vieux Boucau and the beach.

Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

It has a south-facing terrace that is out of sight. The apartment consists of a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, a living room, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...). All carefully decorated to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
