We had a great time, just like last year. We didn't lack anything, the apartment is very well-equipped and quiet. The bedding is excellent (especially after long bike rides). We sincerely recommend it and will be happy to come back.

A very nice break in this cozy little nest. Everything was calm and serenity and the Ocean at our feet . Listing matches the photos and Sandrine super responsive There was absolutely nothing missing because even the sun was there Bicycle paths around the corner We'll be happy to go back.

Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

Excellent stay at Véronique's apartment. Everything is easy to access on foot, by bike (beach, port, city center). The private parking space is a real "plus". The accommodation is very functional and clean. I recommend it 💯

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center. Clean apartment, sheets that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Welcomed with two cookies for my dogs, a nice little touch. 😊 Accommodation that welcomes dogs, and that's really the best! Note that the terrace is not enclosed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. Location absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

Clean, welcoming and tastefully decorated. Residence always so nature and quiet close to the beach and sea lake (within walking distance). Check-in is very easy and self check-in. The essentials are there, which is appreciated. Fabien and Bertille are friendly and trusted hosts; Murielle too. A dozen days are very refreshing!

Adeline was really helpful and an all around great host! The flat is very well located by the beach and was in great condition with a lovely kitchen and shower. Would highly recommend.
