Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Charming older cabin.

The cabin was started in the 1950s. In 2021, water was installed with a new bathroom and kitchen. There is a good distance to surrounding cabins. Good sun conditions from morning to evening. In winter, there are groomed ski slopes a few hundred meters from the cabin. The cabin is located close to a lake and in the summer there are good swimming opportunities or a trip with e.g. SUP boards. There are several summer hiking trails just around the cabin. There is a wood burning stove and fireplace in the cabin. The landlord provides firewood that you can use freely.

Nice cabin, 960 m above sea level with idyllic open space on several sides. Sunny terraces and lovely views over mountain peaks and fishing waters. The mountain trail and ski slopes start right outside the cabin door. In 2018, the magazine "Hytteliv" had a 10-page article about the cabin. The cabin is of a very high standard and consists of 5 bedrooms (space for 16 people), 2 living rooms + basement room with billiards, darts and massage chair. 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets, laundry room, gym etc. The cabin is perfect for the extended family or several families.

Guest house

Small guest house with one bedroom centrally located at Rauland Ski Center and cross-country ski slope at Krossbakk. Open living room/kitchen solution. Kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower. Electric heating. TV in the living room. Possibility of extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Parking on private property right by the cabin. The tenant must clean before departure. Duvets and pillows are available, but you must bring bed linen (sheets, duvet and pillow covers). You must also bring towels yourself.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood and washing up. Newly renovated ground floor apartment in a house on a farm. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Private family cabin in Rauland.

Our cozy cabin is rented out to families and quiet groups of friends. The cabin is located just under 1000 meters above sea level with immediate access to hiking trails and cross-country ski trails at Uvatn on Vierli, and about 8 min. drive to the alpine centers. The cabin is rented to quiet, orderly people. Smoking and noisy partying are not allowed! Dogs are welcome by appointment. It is included by agreement and in relation to the rental period. Inquiries with some information about you who want to rent, number etc. are preferred!
