Cozy Ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen

Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent out our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In the winter you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go out into the cross-country network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the downhill slopes in Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach fine sandy beaches at Totak. Several hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Loftsgardslåven, Rauland

Unique house - barn from the 18th century converted into a residential house. Historical details in walls, furniture and fixtures - combined with modern comfort. Location centrally on Rauland; one of southern Norway's most beautiful ski and high mountain areas. Short distance to Lake Totak and Rauland's beautiful mountain areas and ski resorts. The house is located in a peaceful courtyard, but still close to the city center; only 3 minutes by car. Ideal starting point for trips, summer and winter. Suitable for families and small groups. Cabin by the water

Cozy barn from the 1700s has been converted into a cabin! The cabin is located right by the water in quiet surroundings and has beautiful views of Raulandsfjell and Totaks shores. Simple standard, with running water and electricity, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has an outhouse/composting toilet. Easy access by car and a short distance to hiking trails. There are ski slopes and a sandy beach right outside the cabin. Bed linen is not included but can be rented for NOK 50 per set. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, but should stay on the floor.

Rofshus

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood and washing up. Newly renovated ground floor apartment in a house on a farm. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Apartment Grønlid

Rauland is a year-round paradise for those who love the mountains and all that nature has to offer. With its proximity to Hardangervidda national park, it is one of the most popular areas in southern Norway. Nearby peaks are more than 1,500 meters, there are many deep river valleys, and hundreds of small and large fishing lakes, small and large game, berries, mushrooms and various cultural traditions. All this mean that many people form strong and long-lasting ties to this mountain village.

Cozy cottage with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to ski centre.

Grana at Fossli

Create lifelong memories in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin is located right next to a waterfall and a pool where you can swim. It has amazing views of Totak and it is a short way to the beach. In autumn, there are a lot of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road. You can walk right up the mountain from the cabin. All animals are welcome in the yard. Here we emphasize the natural and peaceful. Welcome!

Apartment Rauland, close to Totak, scenic, 2p

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in a travel bed. Beautiful location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature comes into the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Teeming bird life. The cranes have a landing place here on their way to their nesting areas. The medieval "priest road" passes by the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the beach with a capital B. Sun from midday.

High standard cabin with Jacuzzi, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and garage. Here you can drive up to the cabin, park the car inside the garage. Let it charge until you leave and relax. The terrace is south/west facing with afternoon/evening sun. Outdoor furniture with fire pit on the terrace. The property is very well located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to the alpine slope and cross-country ski trails.
