Apartment vacation rentals in Vienna

This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

The apartment was in a great location. Everything was walkable. Grocery store right around the corner and you are even provided a trolley cart for the trip. The apartment was also beautiful with tons of natural light. The only thing we requested was some additional pillows and they were promptly delivered. Would highly recommend

Tolle Location, großartiger Blick, super stylish, alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als Pärchen oder kleine Familie benötigt. Alles fein! Alles wunderbar!

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

We had an amazing stay and we also arrived a little bit later than the usual check in time and it was no problem!

Ce logement est vraiment agréable et convient parfaitement pour un petit séjour à Vienne. Katharina est gentille et prend le temps de répondre à vos questions. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. C’est un appartement en rez de chaussée mais très silencieux, la rue n’est pas passante.

Bettina is such a wonderful landlord, and her house is very clean, wonderful and everything just like the website writes. There are also some supermarkets in walking distance and a very nice bakery. Bettina and her daughter Lena are very helpful and kindly to offer any help. There are some supermarkets in walking distance and a nice bakery just on the corner. The tram is very close to the house and go to city center easily, just in 20 minutes! Not mentioned her delicious cake. Next time to Vienna, we’ll definitely to stay there again.

雖然要爬樓梯，但整體體驗相當好，門口就有電車，附近有超市還有很多餐廳，房子內設備非常齊全，採光也非常好，很完美。

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

It's a beautiful apartment; clean, spacious, bright and immaculate. Everything is in perfect shape, and it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The location is extremely convenient, close to public transportation and very walkable to the major attractions in the old city. It couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in the center of Vienna with amazing views of St Stephan’s Cathedral. Very safe and secure building surrounded by restaurants, shopping and also easily walkable to tourist attractions. The interior is lovely, and very tastefully decorated and the huge windows open to let in fresh air and light and the sights and sounds of Vienna.

Die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist generell alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der alten Donau mit Bademöglichkeit, und ein paar netten Beisln am Fluss. Die Strandbäder sind auch nicht weit weg. Ein Supermarkt ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal (U1 / Straßenbahn) Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich!

Access to the tram, bus, or metro is within the same block. It is just a few stops away from Old Town/District 1. And it is only 1 metro stop away from the main station to catch the airport train. There are many grocery stores & bakeries in the area. And there are a number of nice sit down restaurants on a few of the side streets, if you look for them. The busier streets have more of the fast food options.

Location and comfort are the things that stand out for this apartment. The location is unsurpassable in Vienna: the main sights are within 10-15 minutes walk. But the comfort of the apartment is also to be recommended: easy access by elevator, well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom. The bedroom is also very comfortable, as is the dining/social area.

Toller Empfang durch Clemens. Er hat sich Zeit genommen für die Begrüßung, Erklärung und hat tolle Tips gegeben. U-Bahn oder Tram, die Verkehrsanbindung ist Topp. Nette Lokale und Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Der Hammer ist die Nähe zum wunderschönen Augarten und Donau. Das Viertel ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Meine Freundinnen und ich können es absolut empfehlen. Danke Clemens und Gabriele.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt). Sehr ruhige Lage auch in der Wohnung haben wir überhaupt nichts von Nachbarn gehört. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, um selber zu kochen und sich wohl zu fühlen. Den Kaffee können wir wärmstens empfehlen! 😀 Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Eine bezaubernde Wohnung. Super passend für 2 Personen. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Es fehlte wirklich garnichts! Lage großartig. Man kann vieles erlauben und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und Antworten kamen wirklich einfach direkt. Wir würde noch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn das ginge. Vielen Dank an Euch Beide!

Great location in Vienna! Close to many eateries, restaurants and cafes. The giant TV screen was a great blessing for us to lie down and relax after a long day of doing touristy things.
