I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Thank you again Carlos looking forward to come back and staying at Villa Estrella.

Jose was wonderful! He was so kind and responsive. The area had delicious restaurants and cafes (we recommend Mr. Mac and Pocillo Dulce). The Airbnb itself had hot showers, cold AC, and a nice TV for late-night movies. Other reviews mention how the walls are thin, but we brought a sound machine and were totally fine. Hot spots like Old San Juan and Playa del Escambron are around fifteen minutes away by Uber. It was great to meet Jose in person and chat about the area. We would absolutely stay here again should we get the chance to come back to PR! Thanks for everything, Jose!

This apartment is a great and spacious option for two people. However, we found the stairs to the third floor a bit challenging with our luggage, but we managed. The description was mostly accurate, though we were surprised to discover that the balcony was not in our room; instead, it was a common area in the hallway. We had been looking forward to having a private balcony. Despite that, everything else was fantastic! We even appreciated the complimentary drinks that were waiting for us upon arrival.

I had a wonderful experience at Maria’s Airbnb place. The place was very clean the bed was very comfortable. The place had a double-door which made me feel secure. I’d give it a definite thumbs-up! THANK YOU MARIA!

Aymara was a great host, her place felt like home. The location was ideal for the start of our trip. accessible by Uber from the airport, only a 12 minute ride. Uber were available in minutes for anywhere you wanted to go and really affordable. the coffee house next door was 25 steps away and served the best matcha. Aymara's was quiet, had a beautiful courtyard to relax or practice yoga in.

We came in a few days before our cruise so we could explore Old San Juan. This was a great location and a wonderful stay. It is in the heart of Old San Juan but still quiet. We loved the private entrance that lead to the apartment; ai liked the extra leave of privacy, safety. We loved walking around and all the places to visit that were close by. I definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again.

Location could not be better – close to all of the nightlife of Viejo San Juan. Unit was clean and as described. Host was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to the action! We were able to find street parking within 5 min walk. Like the listing and reviews mention, if you have a family, kids, or expect to be going to sleep before 2-2:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday (1 a.m. on Sunday), be prepared to hear nonstop music inside the apartment (there are bars downstairs and on either side of the building). If you'll be out each night etc, then you should be getting home by the time the bars close anyway (which was our case). There are ear plugs provided if you need them! It's a new place so I think they are still getting some things together (for example, there were 3 coffee machines in the unit, but no coffee or coffee filters - we were able to purchase them for cheap nearby). Also, bath towels were child-sized, so consider packing your own.

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

Overall great stay! Something to note is that You are in the middle of all of the action period. this is great because you get an opportunity to be walking distance from a lot of things. However this also means that you hear all of the people, music and other noises that come with it. I would 100% return but it is something worth mentioning.

It was a fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of Old San Juan. The area was easy to navigate, and we were able to quickly and easily walk to nearby bars and restaurants. It’s also a quick Uber ride to any nearby beach. The only issue with the place was the inconsistent water pressure in the shower, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Place was beautiful and comfy location was also great and beautiful lots to do near by. For those who enjoy the night scene best part is your doors away from Old San Juan’s night scene. Never had issues and felt safe at all times.

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

Alejandro was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to any and all questions/requests. His apartment was very nicely remodeled and cozy. The location is great as it is close to many of the must see’s of Puerto Rico which made it very easy for us to get around. I highly recommend anyone traveling to San Juan to stay here as you will not be disappointed. We hope to be back soon!
