Milagro's apartment was just lovely and so clean. It was perfect for us to get some rest and close to the airport. Upon arriving I did have trouble getting in, because I was doing the combination wrong, lol. So I called Milagro and she helped me every step of the way and was so friendly. The apartment is private, upstairs and had a beautiful wooden door to entrance. Also McDonald's, Bebos's BBQ and a few other places were in walking distance. Thank you for hosting my family. Irma was a wonderful host - from accommodating us day of because of an overbooking at another place to responding to any concerns within minutes. The location is central to lots of hot spots in San Juan and the property itself is very well kept and comes with pretty much all the necessities. Couldn’t recommend it enough :)

Mario's place was awesome. very private, quiet and safe. I was only supposed to stay the weekend but extended 3 days because it was so comfy. it's very close to the expressway and several malls and shopping 10-15mins away. Mario you are added to my faves list. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I had a great experience. Our flight arrived a bit earlier than the check in time and Jenniffer allowed us to check in early. She was always very responsive when I needed something or had a question. The place was very clean and the area is very accessible to the beach and Old San Juan. The apartment was exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my first Airbnb stay so pleasant.

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

We stayed at this listing and had a great time. The beach is in walkable distance and luckily beach chairs and umbrella were provided to help. Ubers were affordable and found the location relatively easy. There’s only a hand full of restaurants within walking distance(10mins) but if you’re willing to walk further you can reach more restaurants like Morton’s steakhouse which was amazing. Be prepared for incline roads as you may want to dress comfortable if planning to walk long distances. The area itself is safe, no issues. Most people jog along the sidewalk near the shore and is a pretty active and fit community. The home looks just like the listing and provides plenty of natural light and space. The rooftop terrace was very nice and had a view of the mountains and a bit of the ocean. The shower pressure was a bit weak but wasn’t a huge concern for us. I had no complaints about this Airbnb in total.

Spacious place that’s private.

Maria was great! House was just as described. She greeted us and walked us around and explained everything thoroughly. Pool was great for a nice nighttime swim. Billiards table and bar area were great for my group to hang out on our down time during vacation.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Definitely recommend! A very peaceful & quiet neighborhood, fairly close to san juan & activities we had to do! The host’s were very friendly & responsive.

Robert was an excellent host and I’m planning to stay with him again in the short term future

This stay was incredible! Everything you need. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a perfect location, right on the beach and infront of the pool, walkable to many restaurants and Walgreens, and less than 20 min drive into old San Juan. Diana was amazing! Me and my bf will definitely be back to book with her!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Fab’s place was a quaint little second floor apartment that has been nicely renovated and well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a couple night stay. It was clean, well stocked, and secure. There was enough street parking while we were there on a weekend in June. The window ACs were enough to cool the whole apartment. I found both beds very comfortable. I loved being able to explore old San Juan for a day, site see, and window shop. Night life in the Tmobile district was very lively and a must do! Thank you for a great time.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
