Apartment vacation rentals in Victoria & Alfred Waterfront

Just completed our visit to Cape Town. Chris's place is just what we needed to finish our vacation. A nice retreat from the hubbub of the city, yet close to everything we wanted. Chris and his cohosts were excellent, answering all my questions for a first time AirBnB guest, and making sure we had all that we needed. I recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay, Michele is a great host, and I would definitely recommend! The apartment is very nice and neat, the location is perfect, and stunning view of the mountains.

We enjoyed a beautiful 2 night stay at this accommodation. It has beautiful views and a lovely open plan layout. The proximity to the Waterfront is so convenient. To top it all off, our host Mase was incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Staying at Este-Maria’s elegant penthouse at the Marina Waterfront truly exceptional. On arrival, I was blown away by the beauty, comfort, and tranquillity of the space. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It’s stylish, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with luxurious touches throughout. I woke up to panoramic views of the Marina and Table Mountain even though there were two days of serious rain downpour, the view was still magical. The entire space was amazing and private terrace was my favourite spot to enjoy evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable-peaceful and very secure, yet just a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront, top restaurants, and all the best that Cape Town has to offer. Este-Marie’s team led by Banco were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They made my stay seamless. This was easily the best Airbnb experience i ever had. I left feeling inspired, and already planning to book this this space for my return to Cape Town

Cannot recommend the water club apartment enough. Stunning views, very comfortable self contained with everything that you need for a home away from home. Cosy, warm, safe and welcoming feel. Super close to everything you need, retail shopping, meals and great variety of restaurant, shops and cafes. Also located quite centrally so really nice and easy to get to any destination in and around Cape Town. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay.

This newly listed, fully equipped apartment stands out at Old Cape Quarter Residences. It is well situated at the hotspots of de Waterkant, yet still peaceful. It comes with underground parking. The large balcony receives sun throughout the day. Colin is a superb host, responsive & accommodating.

Awesome views and unbeatable location. Lynne was very responsive and her communication was clear and useful. We felt at home and very safe in Lynne’s well equipped and modern apartment. I will not hesitate to recommend this place and will gladly stay here again in the future. The checking in and out was smooth and we appreciated the person service from Jurgen during the process.

What a beautiful home away from home! I absolutely loved everything in Justine & Terence’s place, so tastefully designed. It is extremely spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The personal guide is detailed and has great tips for exploring the area. It’s not often you find such a calming oasis within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the company gardens or parks. Justine is a fantastic host, very quick to communicate and provide all the info I needed for a seamless self check-in. I highly recommend a stay here!

I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Cape Town, located right on the canals at the V&A Waterfront. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. The Marina Residential complex is stunning, clean, and incredibly safe – I felt at ease even with my two young children. The apartment itself was perfect, spacious, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork that made it feel like home. We also had access to the homeowner's pool, gym, and cafe, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The 7 of us felt immediately at home. The unit is on the 7 th floor of a, currently in renovation stage, building. (We were informed thereof prior to our allowed cancellation date) -glad we didn’t! Met Franziska on the premises. All went smooth. Ive read some wrote about two bedrooms and bathroom and toilet don’t have a view and is dark, but that didn’t bother us at all, cause we were up early (8am), had breakfast on the balcony with stunning view, then out. And in the evening it was dark anyway to have wanted a view.. therefor the kitchen/balcony and living room are there. We were lucky not to have the builders on our side, but before leaving the flat in the morning, you could hear them. They would arrive at about 8am, but by 10 am we were out. Snd by the time arrived back in the evening, they already left. The boulevard infront is great for walking and having sundowners. It is walking distance to the Waterfront too. The car was parked in the street the whole time, with no incidents.

Always a pleasure staying in one of Marius’ units in 16 on Bree. My go to location and my go to host. Convenient, comfortable, beautiful views, and a thoughtful, responsive host! And the rooftop bar team is top class and always makes you feel at home! Always recommend 😊

Martin and Katja were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and friendly. They even went so far as to buy us blankets to have during our stay after we requested more blankets for the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again, or any property owned and managed by Martin and Katja.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town! The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and would happily stay here again!

Rachel and the team were so helpful and responsive to all our queries. The house was clean and we felt right at home. We also really enjoyed the sunsets.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate, and the host went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with plenty of natural light filling the space. The apartment is located within a hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each day even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t thank Kim and her team enough for such a brilliant experience in Cape Town!

We got really lucky staying at Paul’s place! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sea Point, with incredible views and easy access to the promenade. The apartment is super spacious, filled with natural light, a cute balcony, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is perfect if you enjoy cooking at home. Paul was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Overall, a cozy, comfortable stay and great value for the price.

Good location, safe, and close to restaurants and coffee shops. I could not get the hot tub to work.
