Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Beautiful and amazing are key words that describe place, house, and hosts. The views are exquisite and play in interaction with the amazing hosts who were very welcoming and service-oriented to the last detail. Nicola is more than just a host. He was our friend and helper. He responded to all our wishes and concerns in a caring and quick manner. You felt well taken care of. Communication was familiar, uncomplicated and very friendly. We received valuable insider tips from Nicola about the region and spent our stay like locals. On top of that, we were surprised with fresh plums and a bottle of Prosecco. The place is very clean and there is an indescribably cozy atmosphere. Due to the natural stones, the indoor climate is very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress well stored. There is plenty of parking on the private property and it is very safe. In general, the property is very well maintained, inviting and well connected. The nearest excellent pasticceria is within walking distance. There are also restaurants. For the next trip to Tuscany, there is no way around Nicola's accommodation.

We were very warmly welcomed by Daniela and Marco. We found the place right away via navigation. We would have had an additional description from Daniela that we did not use. The accommodation is rural and quiet, a little away from the hustle and bustle with turtles, geese, chickens and a pool that is not accessible to the animals. Everything very clean and thoughtful with the possibility to dine on a covered terrace. We partly explored the adjacent village on foot, but also drove to the mountains for hiking, as it was quite hot. At night, we were able to help ourselves very well with a very effective air conditioning in the bedroom. Thank you for the juices, tea, coffee, liquor and cantuchini...We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. As we are from tropical Singapore, and my parents are in their 80's, even in mid-May, the stone house was too cold at night (after some rain) for my folks. Nicoletta rushed a kerosene powered space heater to us even on a Saturday, within hours of my message. we congregated mostly on level 2 where the fireplace and kitchen/dining was. however the toilets are on level 3 or ground. so that's a little troublesome for the old folks as they need to climb a flight of stairs. else everything is amazing and authentic. it's like living in a museum or a drand duke's mansion.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted personally and said goodbye personally. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but often in the past I had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I highly recommend this place!!!! The house is very clean & nicely furnished. Thank you very much :) we will be back!

We picked the location based on (very last minute) availability Airbnb’s. Both the city and Airbnb did not disappoint. The house was very chill and provided us with plenty of privacy and met all our needs. Azzurra was very helpful. And the city (with help of Azzuras tips) provided us with the relaxation we were looking for. Wish we booked a longer stay. Only recommendation for future guests, a car is required to navigate through the area.
