Fantastic place lovely warm host stayed up late to let us in and help us find the property, a delightful quirky old converted mill. GUI was very friendly and full of local knowledge. Could not recommend more highly

Despite the bad weather we could not swim in the pool, however, they made sure it was cleaned and we still hoped we could use it. The garden is also very well maintained. The house itself was as we expected, it was perfect for the 4 of us. There is plenty of everything and we felt right at home. Hopefully we can come back one day to spend time at the swimming pool!

Sofia was very communicative throughout, and provided great recommendations around the local area including a guide book when we arrived. The house was in beautiful surroundings and the pool was amazing. There was another family on site, but we barely saw them so it felt private. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing, enjoyable stay in North Portugal.

Ivone & Joep are incredible in their devotion for nature, animals and human connection. We had a beautiful stay in the Peacock bungalow. Every morning we could witness and observe through the large windows of the bungalow the peacocks in their full splendor. We enjoyed the quietness and the opportunity to just rest. We also very much enjoyed spending a moment with Ivone in the garden, sharing about plants and sharing about the beauty of nature. We loved hearing about their story with Joep, their love and how all this unfolded for them. All a great inspiration!

Great stay at Octavio's. Close to everything and above all superb due to its environmental tranquility. However, a few things can be improved, such as relaxing, changing bedding, and cleaning. Thanks, it's been a pleasure. And I hope to see you soon.

Bruno's house is truly unique, full of character and charm. Our stay was delighted by the authentic and welcoming atmosphere of this home. Maria and her husband were incredibly kind to me and my family / friends. We came from all over with young children and everyone had the most amazing time, food, hospitality, wine, good vibes all round. Maria kindly let us stay an extra night, and graciously bought us lots of wine and extras. I had a long lovely chat with Maria and we spoke about the world and life. I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb, largely thanks to our incredible host Ella. She went above and beyond to assist us, not only organizing meeting rooms but also arranging meals and providing restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. Her responsiveness was outstanding; it felt like she was always on standby, ready to help with whatever we needed. I can't thank her enough for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!

Short stay, but absolutely wonderful! Although we only stayed for a short time, the experience was simply spectacular. The house, set in a stunning natural setting, offers an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, perfect for a getaway for two or as a family. Everything was impeccably clean, welcoming and prepared with attention to detail. We immediately feel at home, enveloped by the serenity of the space and the surrounding beauty of nature. It was a short stay, but it left a positive impression on us. We left wanting to return with more time. A true haven for couples and families looking to rest, reconnect or experience unforgettable family moments. I highly recommend it! The villa was absolutely beautiful, in a fantastic location, halfway up a mountain. The views across the valley were stunning and the sunsets really were a sight to behold. We were nervous to be the first visitors on Airbnb, but these nerves disappeared as soon as we arrived. The gardens were stunning, with bees and butterflies around constantly. The pool was lovely and was big enough for all 5 of us to use at once. Inside, the villa was beautifully decorated in the Portuguese style, with contemporary bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The only downsides were hard beds and not having a local restaurant that we could walk to, the closest shop / bar is a 2 minute drive or a 20-30 minute up hill walk. We were happy to drive and there were taxi details left if we had needed them. If you don't mind navigating the country roads, this place would work for you. We really did have a lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very peaceful break!

Casa De Naceiros is an ideal place for families and small groups who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place in the area. It has easy access to highways to reach Porto, Braga, Galicia, etc in very little time. Ponte de Lima is only 10 minutes away, with a gorgeous old town and beautiful river. The house is very comfortable on a single floor and the host extremely responsive. We highly recommend it.

The farm is very beautiful, very quiet, the pool is in a place with a wonderful view! Rita was super friendly and communicative. I recommend and hope to return :)

This location is great, it's very secure and the grounds are exceptionally beautiful. The home itself is spacious and clean and the hostess is very responsive. The price is a great deal based on the location, security, peacefulness and spacious premises. I definitely recommend this location.

Quinta do Bento Novo is a delightful and wonderful manor house and grounds, located at the edge of typical village overlooking beautiful countryside. Paulo was a perfect host. He could not have been more helpful before we arrived and was waiting to great us upon our arrival to gave us a tour around his family's ancestral home, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he made himself available to answer our questions and help us get the most out of our stay. The house itself is wonderfully historic, spacious, and comfortable, with every facility one could need. The grounds are stunning and a joy to stroll around. I picked and ate my first (ever) orange straight from the tree, at Paulo's kind invitation (and it was delicious). Supermarkets and restaurants are within easy striking distance, as are any number of wonderfully historic sites to visit and the beach is close also. In short, we could not rate this property highly enough and plan to return as soon as we are able.

On the positive side, the place lived up to its description. Fatima was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience better. There were enough parking spaces for three cars. On the negative side, the hot water reservoir wasn't sufficient for ten people to take showers. As a result, some of us had to take cold showers every day. Additionally, the location is situated on narrow roads, making it challenging to reach by car.

Perfect place to rest. Great views, really peaceful. Wonderful place to spend some time away and come back fully rested. The house is more than enough for 6 people. Kitchen has everything needed: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. The only way it could be better is if the swimming pool was a little bit bigger.

Thank you to Carla and her husband for hosting us. The house and pool are great, the view of the mountains is amazing. We had a great vacation. It's a shame to sometimes hear the dogs from the kennel at the bottom of the village. We recommend!!
