Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

The apartment is in a great location if you go to Schauenstein Castle for dinner like we did and then come back to the apartment for the night. Everything was as shown in the photos. TipTop!!

Nice place to stay, ski bus is 5-6 minutes walk away. Very well maintained.

We were staying there to attend the WEF in Davos and selected because of proximity and price, however did not plan for the challenging journey to get to the property or back out of the area due to snowy/icy conditions and an ill-equipped rental car. However the interaction with Marlis was great, super friendly and helpful and the house itself and surroundings were lovely and would be great stay with better planning or in the summer.

Perfect home for 5 people. Located quiet and scenic. Basic things are in the home. Great location for hiking and skiing. Sinett was a great host, nice descriptions, and attentive.

We had a great stay over an extended weekend at this place. There are enough bedrooms to avoid getting in each other's way in large groups, but at the same time great common areas to enjoy the time together. The great kitchen is a highlight for every hobby cook and otherwise there is plenty of activity for all ages with a hobby room, sauna and pool. The place is in a great location, offers a great view and is only 10 minutes from the Savognin ski resort. The communication and organization with Carmen and Luca was always very friendly and fast and all questions were answered quickly. We can only recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

This is a great place. It is right at cable car station and few minutes walk from bus stop and grocery markets making it a great base for hiking/snowshoeing/skiing. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed for a great weekend away.

We stayed at Jörgs place in Schluein for 6 nights and had a fantastic time! The house is amazing with a spectacular view! I can truly recommend his place. Next time I’m in the Flims LAAX area, I will definitely try to book his place again Thank you Jörg

Wonderful apartment close to Flims/Laax. We (group of 5 ) enjoyed the stay to the fullest. It was perfect from the beginning on. The apartment is amazing, has a lot of space, very beautifly furnished, quiet, has a wonderful view over the whole valley and looks even better than on the pictures. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The host provided a guide with close by activities and local hotspots which was super useful (Biking, Hiking, River rafting, Golf, Wellness & Spa etc.). Furthermore the host was super friendly, responsive and flexible with the check-out. Recommend to stay longer because there is a lot of cool activities around this area. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

We were on site for the Biathlon World Cup Lenzerheide and the location was perfect for that, by bus we were at the Biathlon Stadium in Lenz in about 7 minutes. The apartment is quietly located at the top of the residential area of Vazerol, on foot you can shorten directly from the stop via a footpath. A great view of the mountains from the terrace. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed, the kitchen is also well equipped and in the bathroom there is also everything you need. The parking is in the underground car park (slightly above the apartment, not downstairs at house 11, as noted in one of the comments in French). Arrival and departure were very straightforward, and Marvin responded to us very promptly and gave us good tips. Thank you so much, we were already there for the 2nd time and can absolutely imagine coming back.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Superbly located apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and the village center. Nothing was missing in terms of amenities in the apartment. Very easy check-in /out. Very close to the ski resort, shops (Volg, cheese shop) and various restaurants. We are considering booking again next year because we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect base for a family stay in a beautiful location. Raymond and Nadine's apartment was ideal for our family of four (two young kids) during our stay in Lenzerheide. It's a modern, spacious and well-equipped place in a peaceful setting and just a short walk away from the town centre. Both Raymond and Nadine were quick to help out with any questions and I would highly recommend their place to anyone considering staying in Lenzerheide.

We had a great stay at Flurin's place. The location is perfect for accessing the slopes and it's a very easy 5 minute walk to get to the main area in Parpan (and not far at all to Lenzerheide if you want to go there - short trip on the bus). The apartment was great for our family of 4 - enough room for everyone and very comfortable. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Flurin was very helpful and responsive to our questions - much appreciated! We would love to stay here again if we find ourselves back in this area!

The accommodation complies with the description and was cozy. Iris was communicative and speedy. The place is very well read and the balcony facing the afternoon sun which we could enjoy very much due to the good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The place was absolutely great for our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room had enough space and you have a view of the playground. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and well decorated. Thank you
