Experience the unspoiled nature of the Grisons mountains at 1,500 m above sea level and enjoy the perfect combination of untouched nature, hiking and the world-famous Therme Vals. The farmhouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Mont, part of the municipality of Vals. The journey is via a 3 km long natural road from Lunschania, about 5 km before Vals.

Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
