Il Mandolino Vacation Home between Orvieto and Bolsena

Guido MariaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Beautiful accommodation, large and super tidy and clean! Very nice surroundings, it was very nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Private parking on site and very convenient location: 10 minutes from Orvieto and Bolsena but away from the hustle and bustle. Tip for those who use the navigator: pass by Villanova and the very convenient state road, it is the shortest and most convenient route, but some navigators love to complicate life! Last but not least... Paola and Marco! Fantastic, if all hosts were like this, it would be a better world! Nice, professional and full of advice. We will definitely be back, a shame we only stayed three nights, in addition to Orvieto and Bolsena there would be many other things to do and see

Il Casalino Orvieto Depandance

KristinaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer. The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The trees and the sun umbrella provide enough shade on the private terrace, even in hot August, so that you can relax wonderfully. Susanna and her husband were only present on the first evening, afterwards her son Federico. Nevertheless, Susamma gave us a delicious cake as a welcome gift on the morning of her departure. Federico was very kind, helpful and respectful and we had a lovely time drinking wine together. During the day we were alone at the property and enjoyed the wonderfully clean pool. The surrounding area is beautiful with its hilly vineyards. Orvieto is very easy to reach by car in 15 minutes and is definitely worth a visit too! A lovely old Italian town with a beautiful cathedral and nice restaurants. Susanna and Federico were great hosts, we would love to come back!

Orvieto green apartment

MonikaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

Wine Loft in the vineyards

HilaryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.
A wooden table displays a wine gift box featuring two bottles, each adorned with minimalist artistic labels. One bottle showcases a blue design, while the other features a simple patterned label. A small stack of promotional cards is positioned beside the box.

Merula – Ancient Farmhouse

LucreziaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Private apartment inside a beautiful villa, 15 minutes drive to Orvieto. Clean, cozy and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast is prepared entirely by them (different types of jams, tarts, bread and even rusks), in addition to everything else. The owners are super nice and willing to give advice on where to eat, find local products and get around the area. You can also taste their wines. We only stayed one night, but if we had more time, we would definitely have spent it with them.
A scenic view of Civita di Bagnoregio is captured from a distance, showcasing the medieval town perched atop a rugged cliff. A footbridge extends towards the town, which features a bell tower and ancient stone buildings, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and soft, golden light.

A rental like no other in the heart of Civita

DrewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.

La Loggia: Farmhouse in the heart of Umbria _ Gubbio

ChristaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a fantastic place! If you are looking for a peaceful place in nature to relax and unwind in Italy, look no further than this farm stay. Silvia and Alberto were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, the accommodations are nice, and the views are spectacular. An added bonus was their adorable dog, who greeted us at our car, hung out with us often and went on nearly every walk with us. We already miss her! Alberto also did a cooking class for us, which was a wonderful experience and so much fun. We highly recommend this Airbnb!
