Staying in Pascale's place was absolutely fantastic! The host was very hospitable and helpful, and communication was quick and easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, functional, well-equipped, with attention to every detail, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

Annick is an exceptional host who went above and beyond. Her home and garden are gorgeous and she was incredibly kind and friendly.

small, well-equipped and clean accommodation, offering very practical storage spaces. shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and it's pretty easy to find free parking. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The location is terrific— an easy short walk to all the tourist sights, but the apartment is very quiet at the same time, since it is in a courtyard on a small street. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants located near by. The apartment is in an older building with 15 foot ceilings, fireplaces in each room and other historic details, so it has some charm. Visitors should know that there is only one bathroom, which is accessed only by entering into the primary bedroom— that arrangement was fine with us but may not work for all groups. Second, the owner only provides provisions for the first morning, so visitors staying longer should be ready to buy coffee, tea, hand soap, shampoo, any paper goods, laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load, etc. There are many stores nearby so that is easy to do. We loved Rouen and this apartment was a great home base.

Sam's apartment is very well-appointed and functional, close to the train station which is very convenient. Sam is a responsive host, I highly recommend staying in his apartment if you want to discover the area!

Had a Great Stay during French Open. The Apartment is situated in the safe financial district and offers awesome skyline views from the balcony of the 26th floor. I assume there Are Not many Better places to wake up with a view on the Eifeltower or Sacre Coer! The whole Apartment is modern und spacious, checkin and Communication with Mhedi was brilliant. Absolut recommendation for those who Are looking for an extraordinary stay in Paris!

The accommodation although small was cosy. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were modern and the place was very tidy. Locating the parking space and best location to unloading luggage at the property are quite tricky despite lengthy instructions.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished tastefully. Equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

The apartment is close to the city center, you can reach everything very easily. The apartment is small but cute. Sophia is very nice and always easy to reach, too bad we didn't manage to meet in person. We would come back to stay anytime.

Great location right next to railway station, and so overnight parking in station car park easy. Ideal sized apartment with 2 good bedrooms and lovely bathroom. Would recommend without any doubts.
