Monthly Rentals in Vetulonia

We traveled to Italy to celebrate our 80th birthdays. Il Baciarino’s is set in a hilltown in southern Tuscany. The access roads are narrow and curvy, but very scenic. The cottage was rustic; the vistas beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was extremely good as well. We would highly recommend a stay at Il Baciarino. Be advised that the cottages require walking over uneven terrain with some step stairs, so agility is a must.

In Diva's house you will find everything you need for a quiet stay admiring the views from the hill and visiting the archaeological sites without forgetting the Vetulonia museum. In the hamlet of Castiglione della Pescaia you will find a grocery, restaurants, bar and a shop with generic products. You park comfortably in front of the house, inside you will find everything that is described in the listing. Great availability of Diva for check-in and also for the information of places nearby. Vetulonia is in a great location to reach many beaches and villages of the Maremma grossetana, I hope to return!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! Monica is committed to making our stay as beautiful as possible. She even got a beautiful double bed topper when I told her I had a little back pain. Go there because it's worth it. You'll feel at home. There's really nothing missing.
