Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located apartment! The house is wonderfully quiet with a Tuscan postcard view – especially at the pool, a real highlight. After a small start-hopala (not that bad and quickly clarified) we got exactly the apartment we had booked – and it absolutely matched the description. The hosts were super warm, helpful and always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We especially enjoyed the optional Italian breakfast – delicious, lovingly made and with a lot of charm. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area, from small villages to larger cities, everything was easily accessible. A great place to relax and enjoy – we will be happy to come back!

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Fabulous house and priceless view of the Giglio. Fabiola's place is a dream. The host was also always helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend the place.

We were personally received by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial sea views. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town and the very beautiful gravel beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).

We stayed at La Murata and were enchanted. The house is spacious, cozy, full of character and perfect for families or groups of friends. Each environment tells a story and the general atmosphere is that of a refuge far from the chaos, surrounded by greenery. The pool and hot tub gave us moments of authentic relaxation, with an enchanting view. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors while admiring the Tuscan hills at sunset. Nara is a very kind, present and helpful host, always ready to intervene if needed. From the first meeting, a beautiful empathy was created, we immediately felt welcomed as if we were at home. The location is strategic for exploring villages and cities in the surroundings, but also perfect if you are looking for relaxation in a unique setting. We will definitely be back. A dream stay!

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.
