A perfect place for those looking to be quiet, while being in a perfect base to discover many surrounding places. In winter the newly renovated interior is cozy thanks to the boiler heating (and the fireplace), and if it's sunny, it's a pleasure to spend some time outside, enjoying the calm and the view. With his different touches, we feel that Claudio wants his guests to have the best stay: he makes two bikes available, has concocted a map of the area with suggestions for visits to cities, thermal baths... And (but is it perhaps different in summer?), he offers check-in from 9 a.m.! For me, this sense of hospitality, discreet but profound, adds a precious touch to a trip.

My best friend and I LOVED our stay here! The location provided an excellent base for all the places we wanted to visit during our 10-day trip to Tuscany. It was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing! We also appreciated the option of requesting meals, and the host even surprised us with a special 50th birthday meal for my friend and me - totally unexpected and so thoughtful! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed. The private patio space was also great - we spent several evenings out there eating, relaxing, and enjoying a glass of wine. We also did a cooking class with Michela's brother, Emanuel, which was a lot of fun! I love to cook, so that was special for me. Every person we encountered on this property was so kind and warm and inviting. I will absolutely come back someday! Thank you, Michela & Emanual, for your hospitality!

The space was very enjoyable. The weather was cool so did not get to spend time in the garden area but a beautiful setting. Town was quaint and central to visiting many areas of Tuscany. Would highly recommend

charming place in Tuscany, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, intimate, well-equipped, 2 pools available. In the area, there is a pizzeria and a restaurant (10 minutes on foot). Very kind, helpful host. It was a pleasant 3 days.
