Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Nov ⭐⭐⭐⭐ moderno uređen apartman. Vrlo svijetao i funkcionalan: spavaća soba, dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa blagavaonicom, kupaonica. Benefit ovog smještaja je što je u prizemlju sa privatnom terasom i ima osiguran parking. Lokacija: prva plaža je već na kraju ulice (200m do apartmana), 500m do prve trgovine, u blizini restorana i pizzerija. PUY aerodrom udaljen je samo 10km, Pula je udaljena 6km, Rt Kamenjak 10km, a NP Brijuni 20km. Šarmantan gradić Rovinj je svega pola sata vožnje od apartmana.

Beautiful'Del mar'70m from beach near Max mall

Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

Britt was a lovely host, responsive, provided great suggestions where to eat/drink and provide easy instructions on how to locate the apartment. Now the apartment - it was spotlessly clean, even had section of pillows, great shower with lots of pressure, and lovely furnishings. The view was absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favour if in Rovinj and stay here!!!!

Люб’язні господарі, в помешканні є все необхідне. Далекувато від міста, до розкладу міського транспорту доведеться пристосуватись - ходить не часто. Поряд невелика кількість ресторанів і два невеликих продуктових магазини. Гарний пляж, 5 хвилин від помешкання. Дуже приємна господиня, спілкування було приємним.

Valter and Ida’s place was a dream. They were the most accommodating and friendly hosts we have encountered. The place was incredibly clean, in a great location, with many amenities nearby with just a short walk. Beautiful beaches were also just a walk away. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Das Appartment ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Der Whirlpool ist ein absoluter Bonus! Die Gegend ist sehr schön und angenehm ruhig. Schnell ist man überall. Marija antwortet sehr schnell, wenn man Fragen hat. Kurz und gut ist dieses Appartement wirklich weiterzuempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zelden zo'n gastvrije host meegemaakt. De woning was perfect, modern, superschoon. Helaas gingen de schaduwdoeken stuk na hevige regenval. Valentina haar vader kwam deze weghalen en nodigde ons direct uit om van zijn zelfgemaakte likeur te proeven, fantastisch. Op de dag van vertrek kwam ook Valentina haar moeder mee. Ook toen samen met vaders een proost op de mooie tijd in Banjole gedaan. En de taxi chauffeur maar wachten, maar ook hierin zijn deze inwoners van Kroatië meedenkend. De chauffeur wacht gewoon even. Op de dag van. vertrek mochten we langer blijven omdat onze vlucht s'avonds ging. Dit was ook weer een grote plus! Alle vragen die we tijdens ons 2 wekelijks verblijf hadden, werden snel en prettig beantwoord door Valentina. Ik zou iedereen dit prachtige huis aanraden. We hadden 1 week fietsen gehuurd. 2 Dagen een auto. Verder in de buurt gewandeld en de strandjes (kiezel) bezocht. Conclusie: Een geweldige vakantie met onze vrienden gehad. Bedankt Valentina en ouders 🤩
